Gilbert Tan, Founder

Gilbert is an experienced CEO and Board Director with a demonstrated history of leading change and growing organisations for success. With more than 20 years in various director roles, Gilbert’s strong business development track records and professional skills in strategy, planning, execution management, executive coaching, change management and team building will be invaluable to any organisation looking to leverage his expertise to identify, attract and match the best talents for their organisation. He has mentored C-level executives, boards, and other senior executives in tackling complex environmental drivers and people challenges.

Prior to founding About People Always, Gilbert grew his career in the public service and in the NTUC, closely partnering industries and businesses. He was key person in the conceptualizing, planning and implementation of many people related programs that have helped businesses transform and grow in good times and weather economic storms.

Jenny Teh, Managing Consultant

Jenny has more than 18 years of experience in leadership, management and consulting in the banking sector prior to finding her calling to partner organisations in Talent Acquisition more than 5 years ago. In doing so, she has the opportunity to meet, coach and build communities across a wide spectrum of Industry verticals to support her clients from MNCs/SMEs.

Outside of work, Jenny is mother to 3 daughters in their twenties and she enjoys spending time with her husband traveling and playing golf.

Kenneth KL Tan, Management Consultant

Kenneth comes with more than thirty years of management, leadership, consulting and HR Development experience across a wide-spectrum of roles from MNCs/SMEs in the private sector as well as senior roles in HR Development and Organisation Development within the public sector.

He believes strongly in building people to become better leaders to lead better teams for better organisations and will endeavour to coach and develop talents to find meaningful and fulfilling roles in organisations for mutual growth and success.

LEK Siok King, Senior Consultant

King is a passionate HR Leader with over twenty years of experience working in multinational organisations in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Excellent track record in HR leadership and strategy at corporate, business and operational levels. Experienced working in a highly matrix, fast paced environment. Been through different business cycles. Had the pleasure working based out of Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and U.S.

She enjoys working with people at different levels and platforms and is passionate to share and train individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their desired goals and outcomes.
